At You Know Who's, we want you to love your style; if a fit isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original boutique tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
